The glorious 100+ years of GIC have evolved most magically and magnificently through the journeys of the students that have passed out of the portals of the school. Since the passing out of first batch it has been a memorable voyage of stunning achievements, unique milestones, special mentorship, varied accolades, national fame and extraordinary camaraderie. All GICians have the attributes of being confident, illustrious, compassionate, courageous and affable. We believe that all follow the vision - "Do well in whatever field you are". School gave the opportunities to unlock potential and the wind to spread the wings to fly. It is here that the alumni has truly explored the motto of HIGHER BRIGHTER SHARPER. A confident spring in the step, a sparkle in the eyes and the strength of a huge stride has only been attained in the Alma mater with the support and love of teachers and peers. The GICians alumni group maintains close ties with each other and with the school in enhancing the character and uniqueness of sharing this common identity. With a strong affinity for social impact and collaboration for the betterment of society, the students remain committed to touching lives and spreading joy.

He did his inter in 1979. He is a renowned doctor and runs his pathology centre at Meerut. He served the medically needful people.

Lt. Col Amardeep Tyagi

Amar joined GIC in 1985 and passed out of college in 1989. During his tenure, Head of the institute was Sh. Ganga Sharan Shukl and Sh. Govil Sir. Amar served Indian Army for 23 years and retired in 2018. Eductaion from GIC, helped him in his success.

Sh Vinod Sobti

Vinod Sobti studied in GIC Meerut during 1960-62. After passing intermediate he joined IIT Kharagpur and completed B. Tech ( Hons ) in mechanical engineering in 1967. He worked in Larsen & Toubro Ltd ( L&T ) for 21 years in various sales, marketing and project assignments - mostly in Petroleum sector. He started his own consultancy firm in 1988 in Gurgaon. He is married to Neelam and has 2 daughters. He received distinguished service award from IIT in 2018. Vinod is now 77 years young and currently an Advisor to IIT Kharagpur Law School.

Sh. Amit Agarwal

He did his schooling from Govt. Inter College, Meerut. He won the recent Assembly Elections from Meerut Cantt. His profession according to the election affidavit filed with the Election Commission is business and agriculture.

Sh. Ramakant Gupta

He cleared his intermediate in 1962 and B.Tech from IIT Delhi in the year 1966. He did jobs in various positions and companies such as NCCL, EPIL and retired from Satya Infrastructure, Delhi as President of the projects. He says education from GIC palyed a major role in his career.

He did his schooling from GIC. He passed intermediate in 1976. He was bright in his studies and has retired as Director from Steel Authority of India Limited.

He did his High School in 1964. During his tenure Sh. Raja Ram was the NCC officer. He was a meritorious student and served as Principal – Scientific Officer – NITRA based at Ghaziabad.

Arjun is also an aumni from GIC. He retired as Assistant Collector – Delhi Financial Corporation. He stated education was more of fun during his days at Govt. Inter College – Meerut

Dr. Rajeev Agarwal is one of the finest doctors in India who has earned the distinction of being one of India's top cardiologists in the state of Uttar Pradesh. He completed his inter from GIC in 1979.
